As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Child Mental Health Specialist, I seek to provide a safe, judgement-free space for growth. My primary goal is to help you better understand and overcome the obstacles that are preventing you from having the life, or being the family, you desire. I believe that we are deeply impacted by the stories we have about ourselves. Some of these stories are helpful and lead us to great things, and some keep us captive in a world of hurt. I am passionate about meeting clients wherever they may be on their journey, and will work collaboratively to identify goals for therapy at the pace that feels most comfortable to you. I have postgraduate training in a variety of therapeutic modalities including EMDR, internal family systems, systemic and attachment theory, emotion focused therapy and narrative therapy. I am well equipped to help you overcome the challenges that have kept you from meeting your goals and living your best possible life.
